Less Fuel to Transport
Fullback®V siding insulation is made of expanded polystyrene (EPS), which is composed of 98% air, trapped inside the closed cell foam. Therefore, Fullback®V is therefore extremely light and requires fewer resources to ship to the shop site. The insulating foam is only transported an average of 275 miles (442 km) by diesel truck from the manufacturing facilities to the building site. This short transportation distance helps make our product more environmentally friendly by decreasing the impact due to shipping.*
