The Strategic Planning Team (Strat Team) at Progressive Foam determines the overall direction of the company. Each member is the leader of their department, and it is the job of the Strat Team to ensure all departments are working toward the same goals. The Strat Team is responsible for determining the long term vision (20+ years) for the company, the three year strategic plan, and the one year key initiatives. |
